The purpose of the competition is to encourage students to solve mathematics problems of varying difficulty, to challenge their mathematics skills and ingenuity, and finally to prepare them for the more formal competitions around the nation.

Interested contestants may also request a paper copy of the competition by giving us a mailing address. Entries to the competition should be sent by email or regular mail.
